1. The tools

PermaPerk offers independent software for supported games. Each product page describes its features, compatibility, and access options. A purchase covers the named product, rather than every tool in the collection.

PermaPerk is not affiliated with or endorsed by the publishers of the supported games. Game names and rights belong to their respective owners.

2. The two plans

30-day: access for 30 days after payment is confirmed.

Lifetime: the license itself has no expiry date. It does not mean lifetime support, future updates, or permanent compatibility. It also does not promise that the product or service will be maintained forever. Changes to the game, maps, Windows, or related services may make the app stop working. Updates may be provided when available, but are not guaranteed. You still need an internet connection when you first activate the app and for regular online checks.

3. Use of a license

A license is for the purchaser's own use on one PC at a time. Do not resell or share it, publish the key, or bypass license restrictions. Device resets are limited. Access may be suspended or revoked after a reversed payment, fraud, deliberate abuse, or a serious breach of these terms.

4. Refunds and digital delivery

Refund requests are easiest to review before a license is activated. After activation or use, we normally do not refund it because the key has already been delivered and used. A refund or chargeback disables the license.

5. Availability

The service may need maintenance, and game updates or changes outside our control may affect compatibility. We will describe known compatibility limits honestly and will not promise that every future game build is supported.
